EVHA Resident Information
The Echo Valley Homes Association was formed on November 30, 1971. The pool was constructed in 1973. The tennis courts and park were built in 1975.

Useful Information
Annual Assessments- Assessments are $225.00 and due by September 1st every year unless otherwise specified in the annual assessment letter. These funds are used to pay for maintenance and improvements to common areas, including the park, pool, landscaping, and other projects.
Pool Memberships- Seasonal memberships to the pool are included for EVHA residents in the annual assessments. Click Here for more information.
City trash pickup is every Tuesday and Recycling pickup is every other Tuesday.
City free yard waste pickup is every Wednesday.
