Annual Assessment

The annual assessment for the current 2026 fiscal year (September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026) is $225.00.

The annual assessment for coming 2027 fiscal year (September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027) will be $236.25.

Annual assessments are due on September 1st of each year. If the assessment is not paid within 30 days after the due date, the assessment shall bear interest from the date of delinquency at the rate of 10% per annum, and the Association may bring an action at law against the owner personally obligated to pay the same, or foreclose its lien against the Lot, or both, and interest, costs and reasonable attorney’s fees of any such action shall be added to the amount of such assessment.

2027 Annual Assessment (Beginning September 1, 2026)

The annual assessment for the 2027 fiscal year (which occurs September 1, 2026 through August 30, 2027) is $236.25. This assessment is due by September 1, 2026 and is considered delinquent after 30 days.

A processing fee of $0.30 plus 2.9% is added to all online payments. Therefore, the total online assessment payment (including processing fees) is $243.61.

The assessment fee for 2026 fiscal year (September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2026) is $225. A 10% late charge is added on delinquent payments.

A processing fee of $0.30 plus 2.9% is added to online assessment payments. Making the total assessment payment (including late fees and online processing fees) to be $255.20.
