The annual assessment for 2026 fiscal year is $225.00. A 10% annual late fee is applied after May 15, 2026. If dues are unpaid, a lien will be filed against the property and the property owner will be responsible for any and all reasonable cost associated with remedying the lien including filing fees, court cost, and legal fees.

A processing fee of $0.30 plus 2.9% is added to online assessment payments. Making the total assessment payment (including late fees and online processing fees) to be $255.20.
